Taxes and prices

The prices of the Products do not include shipping costs.

All Product prices are expressed in Euros and do not include VAT.

Once the CLIENT has selected the Products they wish to purchase and, before proceeding to pay for them, a final summary will be presented identifying the Product(s) purchased and their total price (Taxes and transportation included).

NOSOLOENPLATA will present all the prices accurately, but without being able to guarantee that an error may occur, which in such a case, the client will be informed and he will make the decision to continue with his order. The price of the Products will be the one indicated on the Web, and may be modified by NOSOLOENPLATA at any time.


The shipment will be made by a courier company outside NOSOLOENPLATA, and MRW undertakes to deliver the product to the delivery address within 24/48 hours in the peninsula and 3 to 4 working days in the rest of Spain.

NOSOLOENPLATA will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the indicated address does not adjust to reality, necessary data for delivery has been omitted or they are not at the address indicated upon delivery. Nor of the orders that, due to weather problems, problems with MRW or times of high sales volume (such as Black Friday, Christmas...) do not arrive on time.

At the time the package leaves our facilities, a message will be sent with the tracking number provided by the transport agency, which will also be specified in the corresponding invoice. With this tracking number you can see the status of your order once it has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

The amount of the purchases is not refunded except in the event of a manufacturing defect, taking into account that before sending an item, every detail of it is carefully reviewed to avoid such circumstances, the state in which it is sent being recorded.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, you can return the purchased item as long as it has not been used and retains its original packaging. You will have to notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the order to or by message. To request a change or return you need to write an email to in which you specify your data, order number and reason. Later, you will have to send us the package. For this you will have to prepare a package with the complete product with its original packaging. Once received in our warehouse, we check the condition of the items and proceed to change or refund the amount. Received the product, we will examine it and we will inform you if you have the right to replace it or not.

The return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used for hygiene reasons, will not proceed. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email or message confirming that the replacement of the non-conforming item is proceeding. The impeccable condition of the item will be an essential requirement for the exchange, without signs of use and returned with the original packaging.

Changes are not allowed for the loss of the bathroom due to its use. The speed at which the bath is lost will depend on different factors such as sweating, mode of use, PH of each person's skin or the use of chemical products on the skin and it does not always affect all people equally.

If the return occurs after the deadline or the item has been used, is damaged or does not have its original packaging, NOSOLOENPLATA will not be able to accept the return and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

NOSOLOENPLATA reserves the right to deny the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these particular conditions.
