When making the purchase, the buyer must indicate the place where they want to receive their order. If the buyer is absent, a delivery notice will be left that will be deposited in their mailbox or they can also agree on a new delivery with the carrier. NOSOLOENPLATA will not be responsible for the delivery of a package to an incorrect address, if this error results from the instructions provided by the buyer when placing the order. If after two attempts it is impossible for us to deliver your order to the address provided, we will tell you where your order is located and how to pick it up at your nearest MRW office. In any case, to collect their order, the buyer will have a period of 15 days. If after that period the order is not picked up, it will be returned to our offices and if the buyer wants it to be sent again, in this case they would have to be charged the shipping costs again for both the return to our offices and the new one. shipment.

Delivery will be considered made when the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and expose all reservations and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects. Any incident in the reception of a shipment, whether due to missing merchandise or because it is damaged or beaten, must be reported to NOSOLOENPLATA within a maximum period of 48 hours, after receipt, otherwise our company or the transport company will not be responsible. of it.

When signing the carrier's delivery note, indicate any anomaly in the packaging and condition of the boxes, open, beaten, unsealed boxes, missing packages, etc. Failure to indicate this information on the transport note will nullify any possibility of claiming any shortage and/or damage to the merchandise. Always indicate the phrase “Pending review”, this will leave open the option of claiming from the carrier for hidden damages caused to the packages received. In case of missing merchandise, both inside the packages and due to missing packages, never throw away the packaging from the boxes and keep the transport labels attached to the boxes. For any claim, the packaging/boxes or photographs of all of them will be requested. the faces of the packaging and said labels, without which no claim can be made. Notification must be made via email to ventas@nososoloenplata.es.

Take a photograph of the merchandise and send it by WhatsApp or to our email to ventas@nosoloenplata.es within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt, indicating your personal information, reason for return, item reference and order number so that our experts can evaluate parts and determine if you are entitled to replacement of the default part. No refund will be made if the product has been used or is not returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered, including its original packaging. In the event that we do not have available stock of the specific piece, the full amount will be refunded.

If the return is attempted after the deadline, the item has been used, is damaged or does not have its original packaging, NOSOLOENPLATA will not be able to accept its return and the customer will not have the right to a refund.

We inform you that we do not accept returns of engraved or personalized products.

NOSOLOENPLATA may reserve the right to deny a return of products in cases of violation of the provisions of the particular conditions specified above.

The rights recognized by current legislation remain safe.

Gold-plated pieces are by default more fragile and susceptible to losing color with use and the passage of time. Here are some tips and warnings: 

• Your jewelry can lose its shine over time when it is exposed outdoors, in hot places or humid areas, so it is important not to place it exposed on supports, to avoid sudden changes in temperature. The ideal way to properly care for your jewelry is to store it in an individual case or in a padded jewelry box, separated into different compartments to prevent friction and scratches. Chains, necklaces and bracelets must be closed, wrapped and laid flat to avoid the formation of knots.

• Avoid coming into contact with chemicals such as lacquers, dyes, makeup, perfumes, colognes, creams, spray products, as they can leave residue and create abrasions.

Most of our items are made of precious metals such as 18kt gold, 9kt gold and sterling silver; All our items made of these metals are of excellent quality (Sterling Gold and 925 Silver). As long as an item is not made of those metals, the buyer will be able to quickly identify it since NOSOLOENPLATA will detail it in the product specifications. These types of materials need special care for their perfect conservation.

• Try to remove your jewelry before doing household chores to avoid bumps or snags and, above all, keep it away from cleaning products, detergents, bleach, etc. 

• Clean your jewelry carefully with a non-abrasive cotton cloth before storing it to remove fingerprints, grease or dust. 

• Due to Covid-19 we must wash our hands often and apply alcohol gels, which is why at NOSOLOENPLATA we advise removing jewelry to preserve its integrity. 

• You should remove your jewelry whenever you go to exercise, go to swimming pools, beaches, jacuzzis or saunas, since sweat, chlorine, or salt can damage them. Keep in mind that there are people who have a more acidic natural skin PH and can cause their jewelry to darken more quickly (NOSOLOENPLATA is not responsible in this case). 

• Jewelry is very delicate and valuable items, pay special attention to the closures so as not to force them or twist them.
